Looking for the family of Joseph (Josef) Edward Seiger, formerly of Brooklyn, New York. He was in the Navy and married to Linda Delores Nix Seiger. He has two brothers, Kenny and Billy. His parents' names are unknown. Any help that would lead me to finding anything out would help. I do not have a credit card to sign up for all these sites to research, so it will be harder to find anything. I simply want some help without hitting a dead end and without a lot of cost involved.
