My grandfather was Frederick August Spangehl, who lived in Brooklyn. His brother Charles had a son, Alfred Julius Spangehl, who married a Katherine Huner. Are you related to the Huners or Spangehls?

Frederick married a Francisca Beumel in 1885, but either she died or they divorced or seperated. My grandmother was Kathrine Brokowski, who he probably married between 1900 and 1906 when my father was born. Kathrine had been married before, to a Max Seiffert, who had died in the late 1890's.
