I had from family that Venie's last name was Church but had another researcher had found her name as Keys. Venie was married to Jonathon Roten in NC. He was told to have said he found her on the side of the road and took her home. Venie was born abt. 1883 in NC? died in 1926 in NC. They had children including GGrandmother Eva Roten married to Lunda Peyton Wingler. Venie seems to be my blockwall. It is almost like she never exsisted. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
