Looking for Violet Smith

I am looking for Violet Smith b 1911 London, Violet is my fathers
( Charles Louis Williams b 1933 Shoreditch) mother. There is no father on the birth certificate. So my search has come to a dead end just i have started. I am hoping someone somewhere can help me.

It is possible that the fathers name was omitted in error on Charles' birth certificate.
I've found a few possibilities that you may like to have a look at, they might lead somewhere or they could be dead ends.
There is a marriage for a Violet Smith to a Joseph Williams in Shoreditch

and also these births that you might like to check, they may be siblings for Charles Louis.

jacquiegb on 2011-07-22 05:51:58Thank you so much asheppard, Maybe the family stories are correct, Dad always said he had older siblings that had families of the own but he never saw the again after he was sent to the country during the war and his mother would never talk of it. I know dad was born 31/10/32 but not registered until december 1932. Thank you again Jacquie
