We believe he was the son of Peter Wright((1726-1793) & Jane Hughart(1730-1823) & his wife was Rachel Sawyers(1756-1823). He may have lived in Allegany Co VA and served in the Revolution & may have died at the hands of the British. My 3rd g.grandfather Jonathan(1772-1838), we believe was his son. Jonathan was born in Virginia, moved to Kentucky & married Sarah Reed(1777-1840). Jonathan served in the War of 1812 and settled in Orange Co, IN, in 1816. Jonathan & Sarah had 12 children, my 2nd g.grandfather Joshua(1822-1900).
