Hi Everyone, I'm a descendant of William January Looney. What is the deal with "Anne Littlefoot Looney (born Greenway)"

In research, I'm finding two sets of parents, either William and Elizabeth (born Humpreys) Greenway, which makes sense since she has Greenway in her name........and also chief joseph gih go ne li Littlefoot and his wife Hannah "Na Um Mea" Littlefoot (born Mea"), which list her with the exact same birth date and death date in their charts....anyone have any insight on this?

I think maybe someone inserted "Littlefoot" in her name and then the two got mixed up? Or she was adopted out? Thank you
