My name is Rosa Garcia & I'm from Sacramento CA.

I'm searching for my father Jesus Garcia & his families. I don't have the surname through his maternal side only his paternal side of his father, GARCIA. My father been missing since 1971. Don't know if he's alive or decease. Here is a picture along with my post of my father: JESUS GARCIA Born 1929. Picture was taken during the late 1960s in Sacramento California.

As a child, I remember he always travel back and forth from Sacramento CA to Mexico during the late 1950s to early 1970s to visit families. He talk a lot of his families living in Mexico. He mention that he had more children living in Monterray NL Mx and that his parents were from Durango Mexico. He would travel from Monterrey NL to Durango Mx to visit more other family members but before leaving to Mexico while traveling by car, he would stop & visit more other family members in the united states, he mention to me a sister living here in the united states. If I remember correctly, her name may be ANDREA GARCIA, if she's married I wouldn't know her marriage last-name. My father also spoke of a brother who use to be a police officer in Mexico many years back.
My father year of birth is 1929.
My father Jesus Garcia work in Sacramento CA as a farm worker during late 1950s then he became a construction worker as a cement laborer, help working on freeways being built, an experienced labor with Concrete & sidewalks, curbs he did in Sacramento Ca in those times of 1960s.

In 1971 is the last time I seen my father before leaving the united states for good. I remember at times he would say that he would always stop and visit his sister to say goodbye, it was something he did every year to travel to Mexico. I'm not sure if his sister lived in Los Angeles Ca or somewhere in Texas.
( His sister, She may have a similar name to the sound of "Andrea" maybe "Adella" not sure! )

It all ended to where My father never return back after 1971.
At times, when he did go to Mexico during those 1960s to 1970s while visiting & living there he would write me
letters from time to time while being in Monterrey NL Mexico, from an address he used, from a, P O Box.
After that, end of that year of 197I I never heard from him again.
As a child he promise when I got older he would take me to meet my families of Garcia's but unfortunately I never got the opportunity. I have always thought about them & they have always been in my heart.

During the early 1980s a friend of my father mention something about my father to my mother upon his returning back from Mexico while vacationing there, he said, he heard that my father Jesus Garcia past away while living in Mexico but for some reason I couldn't except it because it wasn't enough proof to me.

One more thing I'd like to add here in my message-post, My brother name is Adulfo Garcia. He did his GARCIA DNA" and decided in hopes we can find our families & ancestors of GARCIAS from mexico & here in the united states hoping we can find a match of our father: JESUS GARCIA DNA" with www.familytreedna.com
I like to add the results but need to make sure if it's okay to add it in my next post of GARCIA.

If anyone has any information or an idea of these Garcia families I'm searching for, I'd be so happy with any kind of information I can get to lead it to my search. That would be a blessing.
