Malcolms in Australia

Journal by Huigh

I'm just starting, Dec. 2007. Starting with my grandfather William Malcolm who left Scotland (Banff?) ca 1880's to join British Army in India and ended up working on the railways in Victoria. His second wife, was Fanny Maud Watts (b 1868? possibly in South Australia, daughter of Mark Watts, possibly at one time mayor of Kapunda) she survived his death (1918?) He had a son (William) and two daughters by his first wife and my father Alexander Mark Malcolm (13 Apr. 1908 - Jan. 1975) with Fanny Maud.
That's about all I have on the old man so far, a small start but one with a number of avenues for exploration :-)
