Born 21 July 1917 England. Migrated to Australia when 3yo in 1920, aboard the Euripides with parents James and Lilian Smith, and older brother Bernard. This woman was my grandmother. Married Robert Arnold Avent in 1936 in Victoria Australia. Gave birth to my Mother Elva Marion Avent in 1937. Robert and Toni divorced in 1946 with Robert taking the children. My Mum lost contact with her mother shortly after. Toni remarried and moved to Qld. I have managed to trace her via electoral roll in Australia as far as 1958. She has 4 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren who have come down through her daughter, My Mum - who'd love to know what became of her. Regards, Pam
