Mastin Stringfellow was born Aug. 3, 1803 in Barnwell Co., South Carolina, he died Apr. 8, 1878 in Tippah Co., Miss.! Mastin was buried at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, in Union Co., Miss. He married Martha Jane McCarty abt. 1824 in Dallas Co., Alabama, and they had 9 children. They had six son's, & three daughter's, one of their son's was Peter H. Stringfellow, he born abt. 1833 in Dallas Co., Alabama, and died abt. 1869 in Pontotoc Co., Miss. His wife was Martha A. maiden name unknown. Peter & Martha A. had seven children. One of the son's was Thomas Stringfellow, born Feb. 17, 1857 in Tippah Co., Miss., he died June 24, 1924 in Jackson, Madison Co., Tennessee. Thomas married Martha Adaline Hill Jan. 29, 1880 in Hardeman Co., Tenn. Martha Adaline was born Apr. 25, 1864 in Miss., she died Mar. 15, 1948. Thomas & Martha Adaline were buried at Riverside Cemetery, in Jackson, Madison Co., Tenn.! They had 12 children; Osker A. "Dick", John Will, Allen Alexander, Mary Magdaline, Thomas O., Sarah Flossie, Stella O., Foster Rush, Perkins O'Neal, Robert Ossie, Olelid Clyde, and Dorris Mack Stringfellow. Robert Ossie married Willie Mae Belk, Mastin was the son of Robert & Margaret "Baker" Stringfellow. His Grandparent's were ; William Robert & Mary Ann Rebecca "Martin" Stringfellow.
