Sarah Meirs is my brick wall I have been searching for years to no avail for her Birth. I assume from 1841 census that she was born in Denton, Lincs. I know that she married John Black in Denton 1797 and John Schoffield 1/6/1840 also in Denton.
I would appreciate some help in finding her birth and with a lot of luck also her parents

Hi I searched the Denton birth records but could only find these
William son of Robert and Ann Mears 1780

john son of Robert and Elizabeth Mears 1758
Elizabeth dau of Robert and Elizabeth Mears 1760
wife Elizabeth dies in 1768 Meers

Thank you for that, I have seen the different spellings and there is still no mention of a Sarah. At one stage I also found a ??? Meirs /Black but when I went back having forgotten to take a note of it couldn't find it again. I am assuming that she may have been a relation it was dated in the early 1800.
