Hi, my son told me about your query. I have always been told that I my family had an ancestor called Granny Muckle who was a pirate. I did some research into my mother’s family tree about 15 years ago and traced her family back to a Joseph Muckle but I couldn’t find anything about the pirate Granny Muckle.
