I have been looking on the LDS web site to find the information when My grandfather was born or when he married hoping it would list his fathers name so I can go back a little farther on my family tree.He was born about 1775-1788 and he married Elisabetha Margaretha Decker she was born about 1788- 1790. Her parents were Johanne Decker and Ann Margaretha. Nicholaus was also called Nickel and born in Pfeffelbach.I would like to know how far back the Braun name first originated there.I would also like to know when they died and where they are buried. His son Karl in 1850 came to America to Ohio with his second wife and children, I have a little history on that and when he married. I also have the death and birth dates of a daughter and that is all I know about them.I want to find out all I can about Nicholaus and his family if anyone can help me.
