Hello, My name is Tracey Silva (now located in Tennessee). I am trying to locate my half brothers. This is what I know. The first names are Anthony (Tony) and Timothy (Timmy). They are twins born in Milwaukee Wisconsin between 1966 -1970. We share the same father John Robert Silva. For what ever reason they were adopted when they were very young with the agreement that they first names remain the same. If anyone has any information that would help to locate them please contact me or contact them.
