Ole Torgerson from Norway is a common name. My husband's great grandfather was Ole Torgerson from Eiker, Buskerud Norway. He and his brothers came over on a cattle boat in 1882. He met his wife to be who was also from Mukkson Norway in Hayward Wisconsin and married in 1887.
Her name was Tea Thorsen, later she added the h to her name (Thea).
Ole died in 1921, Thea died in 1939. I am still looking for Ole's father and mother.
