Need help with connecting to family member

Trying to connect to my grandmother Bessie Ratliff born April 29, 1882 unsure if the year is corect could be 1892 or later date. She was married to a ? Pack gentleman before she married by grandfather Lewis Sheppard b. Oct 1894 then again I can not be sure if the date of birth is corect. I would appreciate the help I have been looking on every site trying to connect them together. I would love to find the birth record and the marriage record. Thanks alot

Would it be possible for you to give an approximate location for these ancestors? Here in WV, USA we have lots of Ratliffs, Packs, and Lewises, but I imagine there are plenty in other parts of this world as well. Will be looking for an answer.
