I think I am related to this particular William Crabtree. He had (possibly among others) two sons, William and Thomas? They each had a child that married (they were cousins), Thomas T. and Addie, of which I am descended. Can you offer any more information?

I have listed Peter, James, Edward, William (married Sarah Graham)as some of his children. I am trying to confirm two generations to my line. I know this to be true in my line: John W. Crabtree, son of Eli Crabtree b. 1835, married to Cansada Spriggs. I need to confirm Eli's father and grandfather.
Is it Lorenzo Dow Crabtree b.1811 (married to Rachel Dixon) son of James(married to Hannah Wishon), son of William and Ann Riley Crabtree; or William W. Crabtree (marrried to Jane Crabtree), son of William Crabtree (married to Sarah Graham), son of William and Ann Riley Crabtree. I can find documentation of almost everything EXCEPT these two generaions. Thanks.

I have been researching the crabtree line for a little over a year. I am a direct decendant of William Crabtree and Sarah Graham. I have gotten back as far as 1345 to John Decrabtre. good afternoon, i have some CRABTREES on my grandmothers side and soon will post about them. the farest back i have is jeremiah m CRABTREE b.1832 jackson county ohio d.7-18-1866 jackson county ohio. he served in the military 5-13-1863 to 7-25-1865, private first regiment ohio volunteer heavy artillery, battalion h. husband of mahala SPRIGGS d/o lewis SPRIGGS and sabre MARTIN, married 8-5-1855 in jackson county ohio. they had 8 children, 5 survived to 1900. his parents were james lewis CRABTREE(1811-1894 and drusilla (THROCKMORTON)CRABTREE(1813-1875) his siblings are listed as; artimacy crabtree McNAMER(1837-1905), barbara crabtree McCAIN(1838-1905), rachel jane crabtree PLUMMER(1842-1924), david crabtree(1842-1862) and drusilla crabtree KEAIRNS(1848-1924).
