Charles Paterson b1791 Lintrathen Scotland m Marjory Paterson (Winter) b1804 @ Cortachy, Forfarshire Scotland. It is the children of this couple that I would like to trace being?

John Paterson b1825 Kirriemuir ? he was on the census in 1851 then disappears..

Hugh Paterson b1826 Kirriemuir ? my guess he is the father of Charlotte C as mentioned further down.

James Paterson b1829 Tannadice ? no idea where he has gone

Charles Paterson b1831 Tannadice ? no idea where he has gone

Mary Paterson b1833 Tannadice - no idea

Alexander Guthrie Paterson b1937 Tannadice ? he is my direct ancestor (grandfather x5) I have his children recorded I also have located a sibling who emigrated to South Africa and I am in touch with this family and his other daughter - Mary Ann Elizabeth Paterson (Lyall) contact with family in Dundee
