Mildred Louise Lawson born 08-10-1902 in Indiana, married Roy Lee Ward 09-03-1924 he died 10-05-1984 in Tulare, Calif. Mildreds parents were David (Dave) Calvin Lawson born 05-09-1841 in Indiana died 05-19-1918 in Ok. and Mary Catherine Bowman born abt 1856 probably Indiana and died abt 1940 in Ok.. Marys father was Sam Bowman of Bartholomew County, Indiana. Daves parents were James Lawson and Jane Jones.

Second marriage for Dave when he wed Mary Catherine. They had 4 children, all born in Yukon, Oklahoma. The children were Clyde Albert Lawson born 09-23-1879 died 1940, Myrtle Bell Lawson born abt 1883 died 1961 Blanche E. Lawson born 01-01-1888 died 1909 and Mildred Louise Lawson born 1899 and rumored to have died in 1958 in a mental institution in Norman or Ada Oklahoma.

Myrtle married Jay Bruce Lemasters, they had 3 children all born in Oklahoma and they were Alberta M. born 1907, Reba O. born 02-09-1908 died 02-09-1908 and Mary B. born about 1917.

Reba O. Lemasters married Talt A. Blevins who was born 01-14-1905 and died 10-14-1967. Reba and Talt had 2 children Rita and Judge James Bruce Blevins born 07-20-1927 and died 06-04-2012.

Mildred Lawson Ward had 3 daughters, Stella, Frances and Janet. Roy and his parents took the daughters and migrated to the Modesto, Callifornia area, the daughters were quite young and never saw their mother again and had no contact with the Lawson family.

I would like to verify the death of Mildred, I cannot find any record of her death but then I was also told her body was donated to science. I am also looking for pictures of Mildred and her family.
