Thanks for looking, that is the problem I am having, nothing certain about either record. I am tending to go with Dudley Sandford being her father as he has connections with Wybunbury and Acton. I know the area very well and realise that all theses parishes are very close together, which in some ways makes it all the more difficult

Do you know if Mary / Maria had any siblings ?

Yes if her father was Dudley, and I'm pretty sure it was, he got married in 1655 to Elizabeth Orton in Wybunbury and she died in 1658. I think they had children, not sure without checking. Dudley remarried in 1659 to Marie or Mary, depending on which record you look at in Acton Nantwich, and that's where Jonathon and Maria married, so I'm pretty sure that it is Dudley. Not sure about siblings from this marriage, haven't looked yet. It's Jonathan I'm more interested in.
