my family lived in brotton and liverton north yorkshire. I am researching george swales born 1785 married mary wilson of rosedale, lastingham. He immigrated to america in 1831 with his family. while in liverton he was a veterinarian. his father was george swales married to susannah atkinson. his sister was susannah swales married to james clark. I am also researching susannah swales and james clark family.
