My name is Doug and I am researching the Holley families of Arkansas, Texas, and Oklahoma, among other states. I have this line traced back to John Holley born 1650 in Virginia. there are gaps though, my maternal grandmother was adopted in Arkansas. i have lots of information to share for those interested in exchanging.

Hi Doug, I am a Holley and have traced back to a John Holley, born in Virginia, in 1690, married to Sarah Church. This John's father (also John) was born bef 1650 in England (my info is from a cousin) I sure hope we are connected so I can make verify these ancestors.
