I am searching for Clarence Ernest Webb. He is my mother's biological father. He was married, at one point to Ida Estelle Laney(Stella). My mom is Betty Jean Webb born Sept 6, 1944 in Knoxville, Tn. Stella is from Cullman, Ala. my mom's birth certificate states Clarence Ernest Webb was born in London, Ky and was 31 when she was born. If you have any information on him I would appreciate it
