There is the possibility that Stephen Napp could be the son of Jesse Napp and Cynthia Ivey. In 1850, Cynthia Ivey was with her parents & family in Choctaw Co., AL. Stephen Napp is listed with them but apparently his b. date is incorrect. See 1860 and 1900 Choctaw Co., AL census. Someone sent me info that Cynthia Ivey married Jessie Napp 5 May 1838 Sumter Co., AL. The Iveys lived in Sumter Co before they were in Choctaw Co. Other information shows that Cynthia Ivey married Joseph Mena. She is with him in 1860-1880. She had one son by Joseph Mena. Cynthia Mena is widowed in 1900. She shows to be the mother of two children, two living. This all fits in.
Stephen and his wife Emily Swann, had a son Walter Lilbert Napp. Walter and his wife Pearl lived in Choctaw co. Ala. then moved to Clarke Co. Mississippi.
