Journal by wannabe

Parents william taylor and isabella taylor (nee ward) both born around 1800 in earsdon/ muggleswick.
Moved to stepney, london about 1839.
Trying to find thomas john on the 1851 census - no success.

I believe he may have moved to manchester and married a elizabeth herbert, had a child called elizabeth about 1851/2. poss. emigrated to adelaide, australia about 1852/5.

All possibilities but no evidence to firmly back this info. going round in circles.
Need certs. to back the above.

ps got a marriage cert. for thomas and elizabeth for july 1850, eccles, pendleton. but wrong fa. for thomas.

Where was Thomas John Taylor on the 1851 census?? can you help?

I'd like to request assistance - just joined - help - please.

Thanks

Margaret

Thomas married Elizabeth Herbert Jul-Aug-Sep 1850 Barton upon Irwell Lancashire their Eldest daughter Elizabeth born 13th April 1852 in Appleton and was baptised 4th July 1852 Stretton, near Warrington Cheshire. Will look through 1851 census

Thomas's father is called William Taylor - on the marriage cert. is father is called Robert.

Perhaps if we can pick something up on the 1851 census it may bring everything together
and give an idea when they emigrated to Adelaide , Australia.

Thank you for trying to help me

Margaret
