I am seeking information on a Sarah Caroline Martin she was born Apr 5 1850 in Indiana she married a William L. Smith he was born June 5 1841 and died Aug 7 1933 they were married Sept 14 1871 they have 3 children I know of Roerta Smith born abt 1872 Nellie Smith born abt 1874 Mabil/Mable born abt 1877, I found them in the 1880 census Morgan Twp Harrison County, Indiana but after that I can't find any of them Sarah was the daughter of Madison Martin and Nancy Byerly any information anyone can add to them or there family, would be greatly appreciated. This is all the information I have pretaining to Sarah Caroline and her husband William Smith.

I am researching information on the Hyden Family. Here is what I do know,

Virgil Hyden born Aug 16 1902 he died June 18 1972 he married Minnie (Earls) on Oct 8 1921 she died Jan 7 1978, from what I have saw his father is possibly William Hyden who was born Feb 1868 he married Mary (Woods) she was born Feb 1874.

William and Mary (Woods) Hyden also had 5 other children they are listed in the:

I am looking for information on a Major Martin, whether that be a service rank or what they called him is unknown. He was said to of come from North Carolina to Southern Indiana I believe Major Martin was from Stokes County, NC. I would appreciate any added information anyone might have for any of these individuals.

I am thinking the Craven Martin was probably a nephew of Madison Martin being he is in the 1850 census with Madison Martin and his family
