I am looking for information on my 2nd great-grandfather William Jacob Cox, d. 18 Aug 1870 from consumption (tuberculosis) - went by Jacob Cox.

Married - Mary Ann.

Son - Jacob Lewis Cox b. 19 Sept 1870 in Newton Twnshp, Delaware County (one month after father died), d. 6 Dec 1941 - went by Lewis Cox. Lewis Cox was admitted to Girard College from 26 Dec 1877 (at request of his mother) and was expelled 10 May 1882. Married - Martha "Mattie" Alberta Reese 1872-1953.

Jacob Lewis Cox death certificate shows mother's maiden name as Hall and father's name as Wm Jacob Cox.
