While searching the death records I came across the death of a Frank INGLIS that died 1927 in Cheltenham, Victoria, aged 69 years. His parents were recorded as Frank INGLIS and Kate ELLIS. This put his year of birth circa 1858.

Going back into the birth records I found a Francis INGLIS born 1858 in Richmond, Victoria. The mother was recorded as Sarah LARARD but the father was not named. The birth was registered a second time and the father was named as Francis INGLIS. I have not located a marriage for Francis and Sarah to date. What become of Sarah after this I do not know.
