OLLIE NEWMAN 1887-1962
Ollie was born in Brush Creek Township, Adams County, OH. He married Emma Estella Boyd in 1909 1889-1950, she died of breast cancer. Kids names Raymond Blanchard 1910-1968, David 1912-1913, Glenn Eugene 1915-1970,Beulah Mae 1918-2001, Malcolm Boyd 1924-1980. Ollie's parents were Seth and Viola'Ola'J. Johnson. I am looking for the names of all of Ollie's siblings. So this would be the kids of Seth, born 1863 and Viola 'Ola' Johnson. Seth and Ola were married May 1886 in Adams, OH. Newman family buried in Newman Cemetary Adams, OH.
NEWMAN family of Adams County, OH
My maternal grandmother was a Newman. Her siblings were Raymond, David, Glen and Malcolm. Her parents were Ollie Newman and Emma Estella Boyd Newman. Malcolm had a family tree board, my mom and oldest brother remember it but I have no clue what ever happened to it! I would love to find out about the family. I have researched "fathers of..." clear back to Justus Jost Neumann born between 1622&1682. My Newman line falls under Christopher Newman, all deceased family are in Newman Cemetary Adams County, OH. I am a little obsessed with Newman history and feel the need to find out more and piece things together. This is my line of Newmans and this is my story.
