I have been working on the Wade Family and their relations of the surnames that are listed. For a whole lot of years. I was searching to join the DAR that I finally was accepted too. I had to delve through the Wades, my fathers side to his mother Mrytle Mary Winebrenner, to her mother Laura Layton Winebrenner, on to her mother Isabelle Layton, to her mother Grace Fazenbaker to her mother Elisabeth Reckner and her dad Daniel Reckner who was in the Miltia joined in Allentown, Penn. Served for 3 years. Also found a grandmother on my dad's dad side his grandfather mom was a Scott her name was Susannah Elizabeth MacKenzie. She was married to Enoch Wade. They had 8 children. They had a son they named Enoch and he married Anna Mary Weinhold Wade. They had 13 children of which My great Grandfather Walter Edward Wade was the eldest. Walter married Rosa May Crowe they had two sons my grandfather William H. Wade and his brother Clarence Wade. William married my grandmother Mrytle Mary Winebrenner. They had two children my aunt Mildred May Wade and my dad William H. Wade Jr. who married Helen Tarcha and they had 7 children of which I'm the eldest.
