I am looking for family members of the Waters family....I have ALOT of information on the family from research done years ago but im looking for children of the siblings of Annie Mae Limbaugh and James Layton Waters. If im not mistaking there were from the Mt. Cheahea area.

Collumbelle on 2014-09-22 08:53:41I am also looking for Waters family of Alabama. My 2nd great grandfather Francis Marion Waters born 1840 Benton Alabama. I believe they are connected to the Philemon Waters but can not get past Frances Waters. My maternal grandfather was a Waters his wife was a Tackett. I know there was a connection with Philemon Waters and the original immigrant Lewis Tacquett of the Tackett lines.
