Hi,

I could not find a record of birth for someone and here the person was registered
years later. So, try for late registrations.

Try siblings, children, parents info. Marriage certificates, death certificates etc. Censuses are also a good place to start. Places and dates are also a good starting point. Drop the name in here with some info and you might get a surprise. Try FamilySearch. org or just put their name into the internet with some info.

Hope this helps. :)
