Nothing about Arthur James TRICKLEBANK at NSW Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages online but there are plenty of records for this surname.
If you have a look at Turnbull Clan Genealogy you'll see that Lily EDDEN was actually married at Staffordshire, England in 1938 so England is where to look for your TRICKLEBANK family.
