Go to http://rootsweb.ancestry.com/~gafayette/cemeteries/westjackson/westjackson.htm and you will find Samuel and Jency Pyle gravestone picture with following information:
Samuel Pyle and Jency Pyle
Samuel b. 24 Mar 1797 d. 06 Jun 1881
Jency b. 10 Mar 1803 d.09 Jan 1888

I suggest you look in US Census for 1800 and later for Fayette County, GA. Look also for the Jacksons mentioned in the site who are probably relatives. There is also a note concerning repairs to gravesites by descendents that you might look for in current phone directories or Social Security death indexes that would give you help in finding living family members.

Also see http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~gajasper/marriages/1808marr.
htm for reference to marriage of Samuel Pyle to Jincy Rosser 12/12/1819

Also look in US Censuses for 1800 forward in Jasper County, GA, USA for Pyle family.

Thank you very much for your suggestions. I'm sure these sites will be helpful.
If Samuel Pyle was born in 1797, it would seem reasonable that his parents were born around the time of the American revolution or before.
The 1800 US Census should have his parents listed unless one or the other died soon after Samuel was born.
Jasper County, GA is a big piece of information.
Again, I thank you for sharing this with me.
