Have traced lineage of the Burrells to Ralph Burrell descendant of Walter, Sir John and Randulphus Burrell. Ralph was one of nine children born to Walter and any history I pull up only talks about his famous son Peter Burrell. William was one of Ralph's sons and he is noted as William of Berwick (Scottish/English border). The society in Berwick only has Sir William Burrell of the Glasgow museum fame.
