I am researching Carrolls from Tipperary Ireland. They imigrated to Canada, settling in the Newcastle New Brunswick area in 1822. There are a couple of Williams in the line but it appears that they were born in Canada. I don't know whether this helps you but if you need any further info, let me know.

GOOD to get your response -there were alot of carrolls in various places of ireland - my research is centered on Amargh and have gone back as far as 1832 -most records were destroyed before then -so i dont expect to find anyone else - they lived there until late 1800s then went to new zealand and washington- if you find any links to william carroll b 1832 let me know -thanks
