MONTGOMERIE. On the 22nd inst., at Regent-street,
Fitzroy, Melbourne, Jessie Montgomerie, aged 72,
relict of William King Montgomerie, late of Hobart
Town, Tasmania, and mother of Robert King Montgomerie, of this city.

Robert King Montgomerie, died at 'Elim Atta,' Dudley street, West Melbourne,on the 25 February 1890. age 48

PROBATE
Robert King Montgomerie, late of " Ellim Atta,"
Dudley-street, West Melbourne, brewer, by his will
dated November 12, 1889, and presented for probate by,
Messrs. McCutcheon and Bruce, solicitors, appointed
his wife, Emily Francis Montgomerie, executrix, and
and his brother-in-law, Charles James Hayward, of
North Melbourne, law clerk, and his step-son, Lawrence Sleight (son of the said wife by a former marriage), executors. He directed his trustees to realise his estate, pay the income arising from it to his wife
for life (except £5000, which has. to be paid to his son, Roy Hayward, on his attaining his majority). On the death of his wife the residue is bequeathed to his children, Lawrence, Roy, Lily, and Essie (wife of
William Bruce, solicitor). The testator died on February, 1890, and his will was sworn at £39,100 real and;£34,450 personal. Total, £73,550.
