Winterhalter Meyer Becker Baker OH MI

Journal by Daisyhalo

Great Grandfather Joseph Winterhalter married to Clara Claire Klara Clare Meyer (sp) marriage took place near the OH MI border in the late 1800s
Great Grandfather Peter Becker Baker (changed in 1940s) married to Christine Shaeffer Shaffer (sp) you get the idea, around Toledo OH Lucas County
lineage on both coming from German Baden Hondingen Alsace Lorraine France area, possible Swiss and Bavarian ports used also.
Trying to find information on Clare Meyer's mother and father who are possibly John Meyer from OH and mother name unsure of.. Clare's mother died and father was left to raise Clare, possibly other siblings in Ohio.
When Clare married Joseph Winterhalter they produced a baby boy who soon died. Then Clare and Joseph produced a baby girl, Sadie and Clare died soon after the baby was born. The baby was Sadie Elizabeth Winterhalter, my grandmother. Her father eventually married a Matilda Hoffman in Michigan and they had two children, one lived until recently in northern Michigan. Joseph died in Ohio and Grandma Tilly (as I knew her) raised the three children on her own. She was a dear lady. She died in 1950 (or close to it.)
Sadie married Herbert Baker, son of Peter Baker from Germany. This name was originally Becker in the old country. Peter and Christina married in Ohio.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone researching familys from this lineage and area. Thanks very much.
