I am looking for any information that I can find on Violet A Ashton. Violet is supposed to be a relative, but I can't find the connection - What I have: Violet A Ashton lived at - 18 Cotehele Avenue, Prince Rock, Devon, Plymouth England before 1930. While in England during WW1 George Marshall visited Violet, this address is still in his book. It is thought that Violet died in the 1920's. Someone of my family must have been married into the Ashton's or Violets Mothers family. Other family names that might fit into the Ashton marriage would be: Marshall, Harris, Bickle, Dicks or possibly Hobbs.

Looking for the parents of Thomas Marshall b. approx 1796 in Gloucestershire, Gloucester, England - Thomas was a drover and moved to Chipping Sodbury, England where he married Sarah Hobbs. Any info would be appreciated
