I have files on the Isaac Swain who married Violet Reade and settled in Northern PA, USA in the late 1700s. Their children were probably Isaac; Read; Bethuel; John; Lorena; and Jacob. Jacob and Bethuel went to Preble County, OH USA and, perhaps, John was there also.
I would like to hear from anyone who thinks they descend from these lines and/or have info on Isaac and Violet and where they were married and if you have any record of them in PA.
Bethuel's sons and grandchildren went to MO and IN and most of Jacob's children went to IN USA.

The research of the descendants of Thomas and Rebecca (Stewart) McDaniel of Charles Co., MD has taken many years and the focus has, mainly, been on the son Thomas who settled in Fleming Co KY and his brothers, Judson and Alexander, who settled in Montgomery Co KY. Judson left Mont. Co. in 1845 and moved to Indiana...Putnam and Montgomery Counties, IN. Alexander died in Mont. Co KY in 1873 and most of his descendants are from his son, Richard Green McDaniel, who moved to Clinton Co MO in 1857. We have extensive files on R. G. and Judson as well as some of the other branches and would love to hear from anyone researching these lines.
