dc1606 on Family Tree Circles

I have a hand-made card with a drawing of a girl with 'Australia' behind - drawing signed, or a picture of, Joyce Abbott 1944. Inscription inside signed (Mother)Eileen wishing Frank (Clarke, my father) a Happy Christmas and congratulations to him and Doreen (my mother) on their wedding (Dec 1943) and saying she is sending a present to her from 'the Australian branch of her in-laws'.Problem is that I didn't know my dad had family in Australia! May be from his mother's side, her maiden name was Boam or his grandmother's (Lowe).
Clarkes moved to Derbyshire c. 1890 from Norfolk. Boams were in Shipley/Ilkeston Derbyshire from c. 1790
