Benajamin O. Young B 1861,I believe he was borned Fayette co ,Maybe Powellton W.V. married Mary Elizabeth Light. Their children Blanche Harriet(my grandmother) b-June,1887,Anna b-Sept,1891,Willie b-June 1893,Harry b-Feb,1896
Blanche and Annie married brothers,Blanche married Lon Houston Atha and Anna married William Daniel Atha
Mary Elizabeth Light's parents were James Enoch Light and Nancy Jane Windon
Benjamin's parents were Peyton (Payton)Young b 1830 d- Nov,28 1912
married Ann? They lived in Va. Children were Dolly,Willa, Benjamin ,David,and Fanny,At the time of David's birth they lived in Pittsylvania Co Va.
Peyton was in the Confederate Army At Liberty VA.He was captured at Fisher's Creek near Farmville Va.In the 1870 census he was in Malden W.V. In 1880 census he had a new wife Martha ? and children Eliza J. Albert ,John
Peyton listed his occupation as coal miner
Looking for Nichols family of Mason Co W.V.
I have little on my grandmother Minnie Belle Nichols family who married Charles Rubin Henry 6 July 1905.She died in 1924 Mason co W.V. Parents names were George William "P" Nichols and Sallie Margaret Moore Nichols, I know she had a brother William Emmit Nichols b.10-15 1892,and sisters Pearl, that married Charles Leonard,and Ora Anna b4-22-1890 in Pliny,Mason Co. W.V.she married Armett Sheets ,William Emmit married Ersie Fletcher
