Perry Green Tripp is my gggrandfather. He was born between 1818/20 in New York. Different sources list his birthplace as Smyrna, Chenango and Watertown, NY. He moved to Illinois and married Mary Philena Ives in 1851. Does anyone know who his parents might be?
