Looking for Harrington NY, WI
I am tring to find information on Anson Harrington's life in CNY prior to his enlistmsnt in the Oneida Independant Calvary in the civil war. I know he was born in 1837, Morrisvile, Madison county New York
and lived in or near the village of Oneida. I am tring to find out if he was married then. I was told that after his enlistment his wife later ran off with someone else and after the war when he returned to CNY he found out his wife left him and he went west to Ia then to Wi to start over.
