Paul almost, always used his middle name or initial. I use it often because I have found too many forks off in the wrong direction. Paul David Tabor was born in Lockwood, Dade County, Missouri the 15th of Nov. 1904, possibly 1903.He was one of 12 children born to, Francis Wolford Tabor and his wife Laura Frances Tabor, (Nee: Lemon). The majority of their children were born in Missouri. He married in 1923, an Inez Lenora Stark. A daughter was born the 26th of Dec that same year. Daughter Helen Louise Tabor was said to be the child of a Jerry Tabor, (never found yet). Inez + Paul divorce and she remarried and Helen evidently went by the last name, McCullough. ABOUT PAUL? He married Blanche Hyre, (Nee: Cain) the 22 of Sep 1937 in Harrison, West Virginia. Both sets of parents names etc. were on the certificate. Paul and Blanche moved to Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. They are easily found there in the 1940 census. I have not found them in the 1950 census yet. I did find Blanche had died while in the care of Colonial Manor, Care Facility in Haven, Reno County, Kansas and was mentioned in the news paper the 17th of October 1977. There is also mention of the death of Paul Tabor in 1962. [1962 a Preston 'PAUL' Tabor died in Wichita, this was a cousin to Paul David. Did they confuse the two Paul's?] I can not find Paul David's death. He is not interred at Haven cemetery with his wife.
I am searching for proof of the death of Paul David Tabor. Blanche was in the home from 1971 to 1977. Who cared for her until 1971? If he predeceased Blanche, where did she bury him? There is another Paul Tabor with a wife named Blanche in Michigan. That Paul has different parents and his birth is not the same. HIS wife Blanche was born Lowing? so not the same Blanche. They have Michigan in common however. Blanche and her first husband Ralph Hyre divorced there I believe in 1936. People have tried to merge the two Paul Tabor men. Be careful! I almost did the same. Watch births and family names. They are NOT the same man. PLEASE, I have been searching since 1992. I have limited resource's. I was gifted a year sub. to Ancestry that ran out over a year ago. I've tried. He is the only great Uncle I lack this information on. Can yawl help?
