Annie Winifred Williams (born Monaghan)

Annie Winifred Williams. She was born to John Monaghan and Bridget Railly. Irish assisted passengers in 1866 in Maryborough, Queensland onboard the Scottish Hero. There is no birth record in the Queensland BDM but I believe that she was born in about 1892. The family moved to Tasmania sometime in the early 1900's. She married George John James ( I am not sure about the third middle name of James) Williams in Zeehan, Tasmania on 20 December 1911. She and her husband George, moved to Victoria with three of their five children (their first was stillborn in Zeehan in about 1912). Children Leslie Andrew, Annie Jane and George James were born in Zeehan in 1914, 1915 and 1917 respectively. Children Elsie May was born in 1919 in Collingwood, Victoria and Doris Kathleen was born in 1920 in Warburton. George John James Williams died on 27 May 1975 in Red Hill South, on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. I cannot find out where and when Annie Winifred Williams died, but she is not the person of that name who died in Beechwood, Victoria of that name, in 1956. Ithink that she may have died in Tasmania around 1983 or 1984 or thereabouts. I am looking for any information about where George John (James) Williams was buried (I thought it may have been Dromana Cemetery, but I've been unable to unearth any record on this. Most importantly, I am looking to find where Annie Winifred Williams (nee Monaghan) is resting. Annie is the sister of my wife's great grandmother, Mary Magdalene Monaghan. greg_1946
