Well I have kinda begun but by phone calls. So here is my story. My grand father changed out last name from birmingham to broady back when he was in the army. So technically I am not a Broady.
So I found some here in Cali and spoke to them tonight. So I am gonna throw some names out here and if anyone thinks they have anything please let me know.
Well the Indian tribe that we are from is Cherokee and Black Foot. I have been told it is watered down. Okay so names here they are

Lurie Phillips (spelling of first name not positive on)
Theodore Birmingham
Ray Birmingham
George Birmingham

This is all I have!!!
I know that we came from England on a ship.
I know that my great gma is Lois smith (broady married name)
The 2 people that I know dont talk about our family. And I have been in contact with the birmingham side which I have never met.
A lot of birminghams are from Bishop Ca well the recent ones I guess few hundred years.
There are some in Arkansa Over to D.C.
Smith side is Morman and of course John Smith
Which does not help lol
A Great Gpa went Apache crazy and destroyed a lot of or all of documents. But I figure they are out there hopefully somewhere. Any info would be great. I am searching sites myself!!
