My great great parents are Thomas and Ellen Phillips. Thomas is born around 1836 in Ireland, travels with daughter Mary in 1867 or 1872 to Rhode Island. He shows up in the 1880 census in Hurricane, Maine, and again in the 1890 census in Providence, Rhode Island. In 1880 he is shown in a household with many children, described as sons and daughters, but some information seems contradictory, so they may be nieces and nephews. Probably Catholic.

Ellen is born in Ireland. Probably Catholic.

Mary is born in Ireland around 1860, and is a daughter of Thomas and Ellen above. She lives in Ireland, Pawtucket RI, Quincey MA, Troy NY, and Watervliet NY. She marries Francis Conway in 1876 in Rockland ME and has around 5 or 6 children: Ellen, John, Frank, Joseph, and Mary. She shows up in the 1880 census in Troy as Mary Conway. She dies in Watervliet NY around 1893. Catholic.
