Walker/Mayo Connection

I have found that my Great-grandfather William L. Walker was the son of Susannah C. (MAYO) Walker and Lawrence Walker. They were in Albermarle County, Virginia. Lawrence died, I'm assuming, in VA, ca. 1850.

In the 1850 census for Albermarle Co., Susannah and her son, William, age 14, was living with a relative, Valentine Mayo.

Butler's of Paulding County, GA

I am trying to get information on Edward Butler, married to Jannie Herring. They had 7 children: Marion, John, William, Henry, George, Bethena, and Nancy.

I think Edward, or maybe his father, came to GA from Edgefield County, SC. if you have information on this family, I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks.

William Thomas OWENS

William Thomas OWENS was my great-great-grandfather. He lived in White Plains, Calhoun County, AL, where he married and raised a family. His daughter, Mary Elizabeth, married a "Busby", then married my great-grandfather William Joshua WHITE.

There are a whole lot of "Williames" is all my family lines. :>)

Anyone researching this family?

William Henry MORRIS, of Cross County, AR.

My great-grandfather, William Henry MORRIS, was born in TN, had several bros. and sisters, and was the son of Ambrose and Lucinda MORRIS. Ambrose was born in NC, in 1808. Lucinda was born in 1808 also. Ambrose moved to Cross County, AR sometime and is buried there.

My research has put the old proverbial "brick wall" in front of me concerning Ambrose's wife, Lucinda (MNU). There appears to be two Ambrose Morrises with a wife named Lucinda. The one that keeps coming up for me, isn't her, the dates and children don't fit. I was told to check "Lucinda Davis", but that's not her either.

Can anyone help me on this one? Thanks in advance.
