We are from Lottering stock and wish to find out more

I know that a Frans Lottering came to south africa in 1765
and we are related to that Lottering as Frans is a family name carried down
I also know that my great uncles were drivers on the Zederberg coaches, and that the rest were mainly miners

there was a business in Groot Marico I think with the name Basson and lottering if anyone knows anything about this any info will be helpfull as that was part of my family
I also know that they had married into the Pretorius family, Harmse, goeiman families
Any one with info please help us
